Slept and awake
Rays coming from beneath A dense cloud spread around corners Brings to thought what it seems Peeking out of a bunch through sharp aperture Being a thread of life's wheel Spinning high slept and awake Rubbed over the gravel scratched Bent and straightened time to time With a stare at alluring horizon Feet deep in morass of past Washed in mistakes from tip to toe Seeking light in dark edge of ignorance Rugged in thoughts and look at surface Stumbling over uncertain conclusions Riding along wind to the end Scattered-content turn by turn. © Mohammad Shahnawaz 2015
