Expecting a real 'Me' Playing role of pretention Trying as hard to fail Having soul motive to win Grazing poison and the dead Staring roses for a moment Losing sight to an illusion Standing muffled at doorstep Blessed and graced alive Gifted another million chances Asking glittery thorn chains Instead walk at freedom deck Going over and over again From pleasure till the pain Scrambling real for the vain From beginning till the end. © Mohammad Shahnawaz 2015
